The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Bill "On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine" (re Period of Processing of Goods) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2163) introduces amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine, extending the period for processing of goods at the customs territory of Ukraine and beyond its borders to 360 days. Regulations of the Bill comply with the statements of the Convention "On the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures" regarding creation of more favourable conditions than those envisaged by the said Convention.
